GV Ch. Lance of Fran-jo, ROM was very ill as a puppy. He developed the very painful Panosteitis, or Lone Bone Disease. The Ford's were advised to put Lance to Sleep. They just could not do it. When Lance recovered and was back in the show ring....well, as they say, \the rest is history\.
